Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through Mobile Tyres Direct. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed by our team and are subject to availability.
A booking is only considered confirmed once a manager has booked it in, a deposit or full payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued by Mobile Tyres Direct.
Mobile Tyres Direct reserves the right to decline any booking request at its discretion.
2. Bookings, Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the job, unless prior agreement with the manager, or you hold an account.
Failure to pay the balance upon completion, we retain ownership of the goods until payment has been received, we reserve the right to remove our goods.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation terms apply:
We require 48 hours notice, if we have placed a special order for you for items we do not stock, we will attempt to return these items, please note that you may be charged for items that we are unable to return to our supplier, or incur any fees we have to pay as a restocking fee and/or return carriage.
The management reserves the right to charge a administration fee of £50 for cancelled bookings with less than 48 hours.
With Emergency or Last Minute Bookings
Deposits are non-refundable due to scheduling commitments and fitter allocation.
Within 24 hours of the job
No refunds will be issued.
All cancellations must be confirmed by Mobile Tyres Direct in writing.
4. Amendments to Bookings
We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes to your bookings.
But you may incur additional charges, depending on the changes requested.
Repeated or last-minute changes may not always be possible.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers must behave in a safe and respectful manner while our fitter is onsite.
Mobile Tyres Direct reserves the right to refuse the job if customers:
- Customers behave in a dangerous or abusive manner.
- Customers will be fully responsible for any damage caused by them to our vehicle whilst onsite.
- Customers pose as a threat/risk to the fitter.
And in all such cases, we reserve the right to stop work with no refunds provided.
6. Delays and Traffic
While we aim to provide a punctual and reliable service, Mobile Tyres Direct cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic conditions
- Road closures
- Accidents
- Severe weather
- Circumstances beyond our control
- We will do everything, where possible, to reduce/minimise delays.
7. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their vehicle and personal belongings.
Mobile Tyres Direct cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.
Passengers should ensure all belongings are collected before leaving the vehicle.
8. Company Cancellations
In the rare circumstances where Mobile Tyres Direct must cancel a booking due to operational issues or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund of any payments made.
Mobile Tyres Direct will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the customer as a result of such cancellations.
9. Liability
Mobile Tyres Direct will not be liable for any direct or indirect or consequential losses, including missed work, flights, events, or connections caused by any circumstances outside of our control.
Our liability is limited to the value of the booking amount.
10. Safety and Legal Compliance
All fitters operate in accordance with UK transport regulations and safety standards.
All goods sold and fitted are UK sourced from recognised bonafide suppliers.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with Mobile Tyres Direct, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
